Next, the intelligent system uses image recognition to accurately calculate the specific locations of commonly used acupoints like Zusanli and Guanyuan, comparing them with a built-in acupoint database. Once the location is determined, the temperature control system begins its work. The robot is equipped with a highly sensitive infrared temperature sensor, which continuously monitors temperature changes at the acupoint and surrounding skin during moxibustion. If the temperature approaches or is insufficient, the control system automatically adjusts the output intensity of the moxibustion heat source. Generally speaking, the most comfortable and effective temperature for moxibustion is between 40 and 55 degrees Celsius. This robot can consistently maintain this temperature range, ensuring neither ineffectiveness due to a low temperature nor skin burns. Like an experienced traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, it can precisely grasp the sensation of "getting qi," making moxibustion safe and effective.

Another powerful feature is its learning ability. The robot is equipped with several sensors, which collect a wealth of data during moxibustion: changes in skin temperature, the user's perceived heatiness and comfort, and previously stored acupoint information. This data is then transmitted to the cloud. An artificial intelligence algorithm then begins to analyze this data, gradually understanding individual circumstances—for example, a cold constitution, a proneness to heatiness, or different symptoms requiring different moxibustion techniques. Once this understanding is complete, the robot will adjust the moxibustion plan: applying a little more pressure here, applying more pressure on that acupoint, or adjusting the temperature curve to a more comfortable level. Ultimately, each person receives a customized moxibustion plan, making it particularly suitable for those experiencing persistent fatigue or sub-health conditions. In fact, the advent of moxibustion robots is like giving traditional Chinese medicine a technological boost. They use infrared technology to locate acupuncture points and temperature control to simulate traditional Chinese medicine techniques. Crucially, they transform millennia-old meridian theory into data that can be understood by artificial intelligence. Combined with continuous optimization powered by big data, they can adjust in real time based on individual responses. This not only makes moxibustion more accurate and safer, but also provides a convenient and reliable option for daily health care and managing sub-health conditions.
